On this 3-acre lot, Pecoraro didn’t have the luxury of using high walls, structures or terracing to divide the space. The lot had a view of the Vegas Strip, but it sat so low that virtually anything would obstruct the view of it from the house.
The designer answered with a very open yard design in keeping with its Southwest theme.
The pool is placed at least 35 feet away from the house. To have it any closer to such a large residence, Pecoraro said, would be too claustrophobic.
