Michelle Kavanaugh

Michelle Kavanaugh is the president of Michelle Kavanaugh Inc., a consulting company that specializes in helping small businesses become more efficient and financially sustainable. She served as mission development director of the National Swimming Pool Foundation for 14 years, managing its education. She then spent two years as executive director of the California Pool & Spa Association. She has more than 35 years of experience in relationship building, growing organizations, leading and managing teams, budgeting and profit and loss management, government relations, contract negotiation, policy and process development, marketing content creation, sales and customer service, and strategic planning.
