Riverbend Sandler Pools, a consolidator of construction and service firms throughout Texas, has deepened its reach into the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
The company recently acquired Pool Steward, a pool/spa service firm based in Addison, Texas, and previously owned by Tim Kaiser, a small business entrepreneur with a commercial real estate background. All Pool Steward employees are expected to maintain their current positions.
“Pool Steward has a well-known reputation in the Dallas pool market for service, quality and commitment to technician training,” said Riverbend Sandler CEO Bruce Mungiguerra, pictured right.
Riverbend Sandler, formerly a single-location pool builder in Plano, Texas, became an aggregator in 2021. At first it focused on builders, but has now begun acquiring service companies. This is its third service acquisition.
