Riverbend Sandler Pools Makes Another Acquisition in Texas

Construction and service aggregator Riverbend Sandler Pools has purchased the nearly 30-year-old Miller Pools, a residential service, maintenance, repair and renovation firm in Pasadena, Texas. Founder Michael Miller will remain in his current role and join the company’s service and maintenance leadership team. This marks the second Houston-area acquisition for Riverbend.
