Consolidators across the service and distribution segments report new additions, some entering new states.

Last year was a big one for mergers and acquisitions. Independent distributors, service firms and builders are consolidating in a big way, while the Big 3 manufacturers continue to acquire other producers to broaden their product offerings and geographic coverage.

2022 promises more of the same, perhaps at an even more accelerated pace.

In addition to the recent acquisition of Claffey Pools, the following acqusitions have been reported since the beginning of the year.
