A major regional supplier to the pool and spa industry honored its dealers recently with its 2014 VIP Gold Trip.
Columbia, Md,-based Hachik Distributors recognized its top regional pool and spa dealers December 8-12, 2014, at Secrets Maroma Beach in Riviera Cancun. It was the firm’s 17th annual event.
“The Hachik VIP Gold is the ultimate recognition,” said the firm’s president, Nanette Zakian. “This event provides [them] the chance to visit with old friends, meet new people, learn from each other and hear what is new and exciting for the coming year all in a relaxed atmosphere away from the day to day pressures.”
This year, the farewell award gala had a superhero theme, and guests were encouraged to dress up as their favorite character or make up their own.
“Whether they were saving the city as the caped crusader, keeping pools safe from Pinky Slime, tagging along as Robin, or making an explosive entrance as Captain Algae Cide, they were asked to just make sure to dress the part, and they certainly did,” Zakian added.
