AquaFinesse, a manufacturer of water care products for pools and spas, has promoted a member of its management team and added two new employees. Cindy Paradiso, previously marketing manager of the Statesville, N.C. firm, will take the role of vice president. Julia Byers joins as marketing/sales assistant, and Brad Parker joins as warehouse manager.
Paradiso has been in the pool and spa industry since 1996, beginning her career at Aqua Clear Industries. After working outside the industry for a few years, she returned in 2015 as AquaFinesse’s marketing manager. While her title and duties have expanded to vice president, she will still manage marketing.

Byers will support Paradiso, assisting with marketing duties and providing customer service support. She comes to AquaFinesse with prior experience in customer service, management, retail, human resources, and sales.
Parker was brought on to support the increased volume of order fulfillment activity. His background includes management, retail, science education and warehouse experience.
According to officials, the changes come as a way to broaden and support AquaFinesse’s growth.
