Engineered Treatment Systems, a subsidiary of Neptune-Benson based in Beaver Dam, Wis., has appointed Michael Low as aquatic regional manager for the Western region of North America. He will be responsible for all sales and market development in conjunction with the established distribution network in his territory. Low has served as past board member on the National Drowning Prevention Alliance and has worked with the Consumer Product Safety Commission, American National Standards Institute and ASTM International.
