California Title 22: Last Comment Period Ends July 14

The rewriting of California’s Title 22, the code developed by the state’s Department of Public Health to regulate the operation of public pools, is getting close to the finish line. The newest changes to the language have been published and placed under what is believed to be the final public-comment period before publication.

This time, there was only a 15-day comment period. Comments must be submitted by Monday, July 14, 5:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight time.

The latest round of changes, as well as instructions for submitting comments, can be found online.
