These are indeed historic times, and not only for the reasons that sit at the front of everybody’s mind. In addition to the unprecedented demand that has pushed, challenged and boosted the industry in the last couple years, this is the 20th anniversary of the PSN Top 50 Builders list. Once again, it is our honor and joy to celebrate these who excel in a variety of disciplines and help elevate the industry.

And once again, we see a variety of business models represented, from high-volume leaders to the elite of the elite. With more builders participating in the program this year, we also have some new names. This year’s group accounted for nearly $1.8 billion in total revenues, nearly $1.3 billion in new residential construction revenue, and 15,578 new pools.

This package reflects this unique era. To track how some builders in this particular group have fared, we isolated those who have appeared on the last five editions of the PSN Top 50 Builders list. We then tracked their key stats from 2017 to 2021. The results were astonishing, with some revenue figures nearly doubling in the last 2-5 years. Additionally, we celebrate the special anniversary of PSN Top 50 Builders by celebrating the single company that has appeared in every edition — Pulliam Pools of Forth Worth, Texas. Congratulations to our honorees!

Here are the vital stats for our Top 50 Builders. Total Residential Construction Revenue, denoted with the blue heading, is one of the five pillars for determining a company’s rank. It is calculated by combining New Residential Construction and Renovation revenues.

Here, the Top 50 Builders are listed in alphabetical order, for easy reference.
